New Zealand & other international clients do not pay GST on any products (will be deducted in the shopping basket).

Product colours, design and packaging may vary from those in our printed catalogue or displayed on this web site.
The pricing in the web shop is the current pricing as the catalogue is printed in January of each year.

How to order & pay

School Orders
We welcome school orders in our online shop - no need to pay now, but a Purchase Order Number must be supplied.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please select Option 2 (Account) in the shopping cart and include a school purchase order number in the Additional Information box.
This is applicable to all registered Educational Institutions.

Individuals
We have the following payment options available:

1. Order online and pay online by credit card via PayPal.

PayPal securely accepts VISA, MasterCard or Bank Account payments.
Please select Option 1 (PayPal) in the shopping cart and follow the instructions.

2. Order online and then phone, fax or e-mail your credit card details through.
Please select Option 3 (Phone / email payment) in the shopping cart.

3. Fax or post our Order Form with a cheque or your credit card details.

Shipping & Postage

We try to get your order together within 1 to 3 working days of receiving your order. Then additionally the postal services might take anything from 1 to 5 days depending on your location.

Australian clients

Most parcels are sent via Australia Post or Fast Way Couriers. If you require urgent delivery, then email / phone us and we will quote you on Express Post options (next business day, most areas).

New Zealand Clients

Due to excessive banking charges we request all payments to be settled by credit card.

Most parcels are sent via Australia Post (Standard Air Mail). Delivery is usually within 4 to 10 working days
but cannot be guaranteed. Please note that customs clearance costs, import taxes and/or duties may be payable on entry to NZ. These charges are for your account.

Orders over AUD150.00: Capped at AUD70.00
