Product Description
Produce electricity from a temperature differential.
Immerse one aluminium leg in hot water and the other in ice water to produce electrical energy that will run the motor and rotate the turbine. Thermal energy is drawn from the hot water. The output can be measured with a volt meter.
But it is reversible. Connect a 5V DC source to the sockets and the one leg will become cooler and the other warmer. Now you have created a ‘heat pump’ similar to the commercial ones.
