Important: Please ensure that you provide the correct address information as the details are automatically copied onto the postage parcel label.
Australian Clients
Most parcels are sent via Australia Post eParcel service. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your parcel has been lodged at an Australia Post DC. (Only if you have provided your email address with your order).
If you think you should have already received your parcel, please contact your nearest Post Office outlet to enquire, as the postie will not as a rule leave a note to indicate unsuccessful delivery.
If you require urgent delivery then contact us and we will quote on Express Post options (next business day, most Australian cities). Although we may provide express services, we cannot guarantee delivery to be on time.

International clients (excluding New Zealand)
Please email us with a list of items you require and we will reply with an invoice inclusive of air parcel post charges.
Note that international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, customs clearance charges or other charges levied by your Country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information. Overseas parcels are sent via Australian Air Parcel Post and delivery can be anything from 5 to 21 working days, depending on the destination. Collection of goods in Geelong, Victoria by your appointed courier company can be arranged.
